Platinum Service.
A Service Aimed at reconditioning your cycle to operate as new. Includes:
 
  • Strip down and rebuild of bicycle. (Excluding spokes and hydraulic brake system.)
  • Head tube faced.
  • Bottom Bracket shell faced.
  • New gear cables, inner and outer Gear indexing and setup.
  • New brake cables, inner and outer.
  • Cable operated brake inspection and setup.
  • Hydraulic brake bleed, system cleaned and inspected.
  • Internal adjustment of all bearings, replacing sealed units if worn.
  • Replacement of worn suspension frame bearings.
  • Wheels trued. Lubrication of chain, and drivetrain. Chain wear noted.
  • Tyres inflated to manufacturers’ recommendations.
  • Relevant notes and advice included in final report
 
DOES NOT INCLUDE COST OF EXTRA PARTS, OR SERVICING OF SUSPENSION UNITS.

Life Cycles employs qualified mechanics trained to NVQ/ Cytech Level 2 or above, to ensure the highest standard of maintenance to be found anywhere. Please be aware that to meet these standards and the high demand it produces, our repairs are never returned on the same day. A deposit is to be paid before work is undertaken.
