Mavic EN521 Rim Hope Evo Pro11 Disc Hub Front

HUB-The now proven range of Pro2 hubs have gone from strength to strength since they were launched. Countless tests, reviews and of course rider feedback have shown that the Pro2 is everything that we designed it to be.
This hub features a one piece 7075 aluminium rotor body and pawl carrier. Four pawls engage into a twenty-four tooth steel ratchet which is fixed into the hub shell and is sealed with a frictionless, non contact labyrinth seal. The axle runs on five cartridge bearings. All Pro2 hubs are standard 6 bolt disc compatible.

SPOKE-The classic lightweight spoke for all round use
The 14 / 15 gauge double butted spoke is 1.8 mm thick in the centre to save weight, but 2 mm thick at the end where strength is needed
The butting process adds strength throughcold forging of the metal
Made from X5 stainless steel, containing chrome for rust resistance and nickel for strength
The rolling of the nipple thread removes no metal from the spoke and preserves the grain of the material, maximising strength
Weight: 382 grams for 64 x 264 mm length spokes
