This offer is only available on Internet orders .Free Delivery offer applies to UK Mainland addresses only. Charges for areas outside the UK Mainland will be advised prior to delivery. Once your goods have been despatched, you will be sent an email. It is important that somebody is at your address to receive the delivery. If you are out when the goods arrive, a card will be posted through your letterbox and you will be able to contact the delivery company direct to rearrange the delivery. If you are usually out during the day, it may be worth using our evening delivery service.

We offer only one delivery option. Our standard delivery you can expect to see your goods within 3-5 working days Unless otherwise stated.

Delivery options and charges for the excluded post codes, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and Scottish islands will be advised by email on receipt of your order. In such circumstances we will not proceed with your order until the delivery charge has been agreed with yourself.

We offer a 7 Day money back guarantee on all the goods we supply you. This means if you wish to return any item that you have purchased within 7 days of purchase you may do so providing the goods are complete and unused in their original packaging. The 7 day period starts from the day after you receive the goods. If you have received the incorrect goods or the goods you have received are faulty or damaged you must advise us within a reasonable time of receipt using the contact details below stating the exact nature of the problem.

We will refund your credit or debit card for the goods that you return (excluding delivery costs) when we receive your goods back into our warehouse (or within 30 days of cancellation of an order if you excercise your right to cancel).. If the goods are returned due to an error on our part or the goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, or you are returning the goods under your right to cancel, we will also refund you for the delivery costs.

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta cards. We can also accept payment by cheque, but this can delay delivery, as we are unable to release goods for delivery until the cheque has cleared.
