The aim of the course is to introduce the participant to the basic skills needed to ride off-road with confidence. The course is aimed at the beginner,who would like to ride varied terrain,which will include technical up’s and downs. By the end of the one day course,the participant will have the confidence and skills to ride the majority of uk trials. The course will cover the following. |

| Fitness-Like any other sport, you need a certain level of fitness to get the best experience "to enjoy the down, you have to endure the up", we recommend 3 x 30 minute aerobic excersise per week. |
