Whether you want to learn some basic techniques, you want to build your confidence over obstacles and downhill or you want to learn more. Introductory courses are structured to cover all mountain bike skills you are likely to need when mountain biking. The following modules are covered during the course. |

| Fitness-Like any other sport,you need a certain level of fitness to get the best experience "to enjoy the down,you have to endure the up",we recommend 3 x 30 minute aerobic exercise per week. |
