The aim of the course is to develop your skills and knowledge of cycle maintenance further. The course is aimed at enthusiats,who already have a good basic knowledge of cycle maintenance or have completed level 1.
By the end of the 1 day course you will have an understanding and skills to carry out the following.

- Wheel truing
- Hub servicing
- Front and rear mech removal and inspection
- Cable replacment and index
- Cassette/freewheel removal and inspection Headset removal and inspection
- Basic suspension set-up(inc fork removal and inspection,rear shock inspection)
- Brake set-up
- Brake pad removal and inspection
- Drivetrain removal and inspection
- Seat and post removal and inspection
- Tyre tube replacement
