The aim of the course is to develop your skills and knowledge of cycle maintenance further. The course is aimed at enthusiats,who already have a good basic knowledge of cycle maintenance or have completed level 1.

By the end of the 1 day course you will have an understanding and skills to carry out the following.

• Wheel truing
• Hub servicing
• Front and rear mech removal and inspection
• Cable replacment and index
• Cassette/freewheel removal and inspection Headset removal and inspection
• Basic suspension set-up(inc fork removal and inspection,rear shock inspection)
• Brake set-up
• Brake pad removal and inspection
• Drivetrain removal and inspection
• Seat and post removal and inspection
• Tyre tube replacement
