The aim of the course is to give you the skills and understanding to service your bike,and carry out trailside repairs.
The course is aimed at enthusiats who would like to develop there skills and knowledge of cycle maintenance.
 
By the end of the 1 day course, you will have an understanding and the skills to carry out the following.
 
  • Tyre tube replacement
  • Cable replacement front and rear mech & index
  • Chain removal and inspection
  • Brake pad removal and inspection
  • Brake set-up
  • Seat and post removal and inspection
  • Headset adjustment
  • Bottom bracket inspection
  • Fork removal and inspection
  • Bike set-up and ride position
 
Course numbers will be kept to a maximum of 4 in order to ensure the highest level of teacher/participant interaction so places are limited.
